The service

FrameShot provides a developer API as described on the product page, billed monthly per the pricing page. Plans, quotas, and overage behavior stated on the pricing page are part of these terms.

Acceptable use

• No illegal content or activity; no spam or unsolicited bulk messaging.
• No probing other customers' data, no credential sharing outside your team seats.
• No reselling API access except where your plan explicitly allows it.

Billing

Subscriptions are monthly, USD, via Stripe. Cancel anytime — service continues to the end of the paid period. New subscriptions carry a 14-day money-back guarantee (full refund if you cancel within 14 days of your first payment); after that window there are no refunds for partial months.

Availability

We target the uptime appropriate to your tier but make no guarantee of uninterrupted service; no SLA is offered at launch. Our liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 3 months.

Changes

We'll post material changes here and notify paying customers by email at least 14 days in advance.
